Online divorce is ideal for spouses who have already reached agreement and want a fast, affordable, and fully digital experience. Traditional divorce remains an option, but it is often slower, more expensive, and significantly more stressful due to court hearings, attorney scheduling, and hourly billing.
*Index Court Fee: The $230 Index Filing fee is a Court-mandated fee and is not retained by our company. This amount must be paid to us via Zelle or money order, after which we submit it directly to the Court when e-filing the Index Documents.
**RJI Court Fee: The $95 RJI Court Fee is also a Court-mandated fee and is not part of our service charges. For transparency, it is listed separately from the $380 RJI Service Fee; however, both amounts are paid to us together via Zelle or Money Order, and we remit the Court Fee directly to the Court on your behalf at the moment of RJI Filing.
